So i went to Urology today and peed into a machine to check the flow and also had a bladder scan. The doctor wants to put a camera into my bladder and have a look so that should be in a few weeks or so. Joys. Lost my phone so I’m without phone just now. Going into the hospital tomorrow with my brother tomorrow for an appointment with the doctor about the transplant. Hopefully things pick up a bit now. 

Thank goodness for the lovely people around me.

I’ve been in a shitty mood this past week and everyone has put up with me really well. haha. Poor Brent has the toughest job though. When I’m feeling particularly ill I get grouchy and difficult and mainly just want to sleep. He does an amazing job looking after and putting up with me during those times haha. Friends and family have been great too as have the staff at the hospital. 

So here is a post to let you all know I appreciate you all even if I’ve been a bit flakey with you. 

So I’m realising that my body is utter shite.. I’m loosing my voice (what the fuck!) and my throat is kinda sore.. it’s been sore for a good month or two now but it’s not really bothered me but now I’m losing my voice and I’ve noticed a wee white spot at the back of my throat and seeing as how white spots on my tongue are cause for concern I might as well get this throat checked out.
So yeah. Just tried calling to make an appointment with the GP.. what a faff it is trying to get an appointment. Why can’t I call up during practice hours and make an appointment?! Why can I only call between a limited few hours?! Why can’t I book an appointment online?! Or even leave a message to have the next available appointment booked in my name?! Guess I’ll try again on monday!

Just got a letter from disability living allowance rejecting my award. Fuck sake. 

Nearly mistook my laptop charging cable with my dialysis tube.. that could have got messy pretty quickly.. haha

So I’m just back from the clinic. Ugh. Not even worth going in. Nothing grew from either my urine sample or the dialysis fluid that was sent off the other day. I’m still feeling shit and told the doctor about all the different things wrong like how I dont think my urine infection has cleared, about how there is still pain over the kidney, about how I’ve got a soar head and that I’m totally exhausted. He went through the list of medications and said that the anti-sickness and the anti-itch ones that I sometimes take can make me tired but I hardly take them. It’s so frustrating! No change in anything. I’m back for a dialysis test on friday. I need to collect my urine for 24hrs plus all the dialysis waste and take it all with me for a then 4hr test. Guess what I’m going to be up to on friday.. sitting in a chair, in hospital doing fuck all. Great. So fed up with all this. Fed up of not having a job and very much fed up of not having money. I wish this disability living allowance would hurry up and be decided upon.

Thoughts: Fuck this.

Feeling pretty rotten today. No energy and so tired but too restless to sleep. Ugh. Clinic tomorrow so lets see how that goes.
